TL;DR: Easy to use, free money, many choices of gift cards and cash

InstaGC is a website that offers a variety of surveys, click per cash, app offers, and more for points that can be redeemed for cash or gift cards to a variety of sites.

The point structure is as follows: 100 = $1.00  pretty simple math here.

Redemption can be done via Direct Deposit, Check, or PayPal for cash, or select a Gift Card from a wide variety of merchants and purchase directly from their site.Gift card redemption were instant and electronic.

What I do:

Setup

First things first, to get the most out of the site, you have to be very particular about deleting cookies. The site suggests that every time you want to login, you should clear your cookies. Now I don't know about you, however I do not like my sessions being screwed with. What I ended up doing was installing a web browser specifically for the site. I would suggest staying away from Internet Explorer, it has some pretty unexpected reactions when I tested it. Then again, I don't tend to use it much. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or whatever you want to use. Most current browsers have a setting that allows the cookies to be deleted after every session, so when you close the program, it deletes the cache and cookies. On my phone, I use Dolphin, at home I use a special account on chrome that I have set up. This way, if the cache and cookies are deleted, the action won't disturb my regular browsing habits.

Also, it is a good idea to have your browser open all links to a new window. Tabs will keep you sane and help you track where you are.

The systems will ask you for personal information. I have put in all my info without any problems, the one thing you will have to understand is that you will get a lot of email offers when you hand out your email address. This is common and to be expected. To prepare for this, you can do several things.
  • Create a new email address
  • Use existing and filter messages
If you prefer Gmail as your primary mail carrier, you can use your current email address and put a "." in your name. (IE: truman@gmail.com to tru.man@gmail.com) What this does is allow you to filter the new email based on that email address to one folder. The email will still come to your regular gmail account but will have tru.man@gmail.com as the sent address, which you can then filter by the email To: field. If a company uses multiple email addresses to try and fool your anti-spam, the one thing they cannot change is the email address you gave them.

Process

Once logged in and on the main screen I generally do most of my work under the InstaGC banner. Once there, a list of surveys will be presented to you with a point value. When doing surveys, you will only get credit if you complete "A" survey. The systems that are used will take the information you give them and prequalify you for surveys to take. Sometimes you WILL be filtered out based on some demographic they are looking for.

Do Not Take This Personally

You are participating in those surveys that change the face of the world of consumerism. Your answers will have a major effect on products and services that you are being asked about. Patience is key here, just keep trying until you get a survey. Some are real short, others real long. When completed, the system will say "Thank you" and (sometimes) inform you that the site you came from was notified. Close the window and go back to the InstaGC window that is still open, there should be a screen asking to click button when complete. If the survey didn't load, or if there was an error, report it on that same window.

That is it. As you go along, there is a counter in the top center that tracks your current amount you have made. The minimum cash out is $1.00.

Adding referrals to your system also helps increase your profitability. For every sign up, you will get 10% of whatever is made. That is not taken from the participants. I average about 0.1 to 0.2 points across several surveys taken by others. It's not much, however, it does add up.
